Features

  • Five color schemes (Scheme 1 to Scheme 5), font settings, layout, button, input, card, badge and caption settings.
  • Color swatches from Shopify's standard Color attribute.
  • Size guide drawer and fit comparison built from blocks in the theme editor.
  • Collapsible product tabs with text typed in the theme editor. Tabs can show as an accordion or as a row of tabs on desktop.
  • Quick view on product cards: pick a size or color and add to cart without leaving the page.
  • Star ratings on product cards, in quick view and on the product page, read from the standard review metafields (reviews.rating and reviews.rating_count) that review apps fill.
  • Inventory status block with a low stock message, using real inventory only.
  • Delivery note blocks with an icon, text and an optional link.
  • Infinite scroll on collection pages (up to three extra pages, then a Load more button).
  • Promo tiles inside the collection product grid.
  • Menu promo blocks inside the header dropdowns, with a switch to show them in the mobile menu.
  • The main menu switches to the menu drawer by itself when it does not fit beside the logo.
  • Back to top button, on the right or left.
  • Local pickup availability, Shop Pay Installments message and accelerated checkout buttons.
  • Gift card recipient form and a gift card page with a QR code.

Not included, on purpose

  • Countdown timers, fake stock or urgency messages, a wishlist, a discount code field in the cart, and popups on the first page load.

If you tested an early copy of the theme

Custom metafields and metaobjects are removed from the theme. The theme no longer reads any custom product, collection, article or shop data. Everything is typed in the theme editor (Customize) and is the same on every product that uses the template. The only Shopify data the theme still reads is the review stars (reviews.rating and reviews.rating_count, filled by review apps) and the standard Color swatches.

What replaced the old data:

  • Typed content in Customize. Product page tabs, delivery notes, the Featured product highlights, the Fabric and care story spec card and the Article key facts are typed or built in the editor.
  • Product description. Text that belongs to one product goes in the standard product description in Shopify admin.
  • Card subtitle. The fabric line on product cards is replaced by Card subtitle in Theme settings > Product cards (None, Product type or Vendor).
  • Fit guide blocks. The fit comparison is built from Fit blocks in the section. It is no longer in the default product page. Add it with Add section if you need it.
  • Size table blocks. The size guide tables are built from Size table blocks.
  • Complete the look product picker. Pick the products in the section settings, or let Shopify's complementary recommendations fill it.

Removed settings: Show fabric line and Fabric metafield key (Theme settings), the Product setting of the Fabric and care story, and the Key facts and Accent word article fields. After you upgrade, check these places in Customize and type your text where it is empty: the product page tabs, the Fit guide, the Size guide and Complete the look.

Also new since that early copy:

  • Size guide link: Show for setting. By default the link shows only on products with a size option.
  • Size guide drawer: the table fits phone screens.
  • Card subtitle in Theme settings > Product cards.
  • Featured products: Show description under the large card (Spotlight layout).
  • Featured product: the Price block shows the card subtitle, and the Product highlights block holds up to four typed rows.
  • Fabric and care story: Image caption, Image link label and Image link for the Macro layout.
  • Article: Show key facts strip (Long read layout), built from the article itself.
